How Cheiro rates dates

  • Cheiro advises carrying out important plans on dates that reduce to your own birth number: for a number 1 person, the 1st, 10th, 19th and 28th.
  • Next best are your interchangeable numbers. These lists are Cheiro's own and are not symmetrical: 1, 2, 4 and 7 go together; he names 6 and 9 for 3, and 3 and 6 for 9, but none for 6; 8 goes with 4; and none for 5. They are date rules, separate from his compatibility families, which is why 8 can share dates with 4 while a 4 and 8 pairing is not in harmony.
  • A date is stronger when it falls on one of your fortunate weekdays, and stronger still inside your period of the year.
  • Your birth number here is your Mulank (the day you were born, reduced), which is how Cheiro works.
  • Some practitioners add every digit of a date instead of using the day alone. The check shows that total too, labelled, but the rating follows Cheiro.
  • A date is one consideration among many. Use it to choose between days that already work for you.

Cheiro's associations for every number

Your birth number is the day you were born, reduced: the 28th gives 1. Here is what Cheiro gives for each number.

Questions people ask

Which birth number does this use?
Your Mulank, the day you were born reduced to one digit, as Cheiro does.
Can I check a wedding or launch date?
Yes. Open 'Check a particular date' and enter it; the page rates it by Cheiro's rules and also shows the whole-date total some practitioners use.
Why do some numbers have no next-best dates?
Cheiro names interchangeable numbers for most birth numbers but none for 5 and 6, so the page doesn't invent any.
What is the strong period?
The part of the year Cheiro links with each number. Dates inside it are stronger.
